Kiki kiss: Traditional chinese kimonos oriental fantasy

When I was little I really liked a movie called "A Chinese ghost story". It was a blend of fantasy and romance and since then I felt attracted by the vibrant aesthetics of Chinese folklore. "Kiki kiss" is a store that features historic-based and also fantasy inspired Chinese kimonos and  For Oriental fairy  or ghosts and magical creatures or simply for cosplay lovers (in fact they have some listings of gothic lolita and cosplay garments too though I'd say the highlight are the traditionally inspired clothes). They're simply stunning :) and so vibrant, ethnic and exotic. They also have some sets of hair ornaments as perfect complement for your traditional Chinese look.  I'm a blonde but It makes me me wish to have long raven hair just to wear one of those :)

Below one of my favorite items in the store, simply lovely :) for a winter fairy

He also makes handmade glass cabochons painted eyes, ideal for scifi and steampunk jewelry. I particularly got hooked by this picture from his dragon eyes in  etsy store "Nix creations" where you can find some of his catallogue already for sale. Eyes cabochons can be made from 10mm up to 24mm diameter. You can use them for your own creations or see them featured in pendants created by himself.

Eliu's store: elven and pagan inspired jewelry

Above: Doncella Silvana (Silvan maiden) elven circlet tiara in silver pewter

Eliu´s store creates jewellery and accessories inspired in pagan, celtic, and fantasy. Each piece is handcrafted and designed by her. The designs are entirely original (except for some special comissions). She offers circlets, crowns, necklaces, earrings, and almost a forest elven fairy could ever imagine to wear. :) Best of all, aside of looking gorgeous they are indeed rather affordable.

She has two ranges of tiaras, and even some aluminium made cheaper versions for those with tight pockets. But all of them really lovely.

And not only crowns and circlets but also all kind of complements, many of them one of a kind. I highlight this lovely half mask

To order any piece or even commission a custom order all you have to do is to email her at Eliudrae@hotmail.es

There is also a facebook  page where you can see most of her catallogue and also contact for purchasing http://www.facebook.com/elius.tienda

I'm definitely going for a pair of elf cuffs ear wraps as soon as I can :).

Enchanted Leaves: fairy necklaces by Nedda Shishegar

Nedda is a fantasy fairy illustrator (that I had the pleasure to meet personally past faerieworlds 2008). Since then aside of her own artworks she´s been a busy crafter and  has also  been selling some lovely hand made pendants, including some lovely fae necklaces in her store Enchanted leaves.

Among my favorite pieces, those featuring leaves. I do love the following :). They are made out of real leaves  electroplated to be preserved they  look  so fairy! Also since they are made out of real leaves there are unique and one of a kind and never two the same.

As I'm often obsessed with moths, they have also some lovely wooden moth and butterfly pendants :), very fairy. I like the moths in particular. One of my favorites.

Above: Oak Hawk Moth (Marumba quercus) necklace. The pendant is laser cut from wood, and it features a vintage illustration and  has been varnished and sealed.

Electro-I-K: amazing sci-fi futuristic jewellery with recycled materials

Electro-I-K is a collection of hand-made unique and one of a kind jewellery pieces made out of all kind of recycled materials. They work by comission and I stumbled upon some of their pieces in a local gallery in Barcelona. Somehow futuristic showcasing plastics, metals, computer pieces, hardrives, cells,  and even organic materials like wood and seeds all blended to render a futuristic unusual looking, somehow. They have a contact in their website and aside of the already created pieces that are just the way they are because of creative reasons, they work by  custom order  if you're interested to ask. So far I wanted to make a little entry because I found it extremely inspiring, specially considering all those boxes of old computer elements and cables that I have in deserted boxes in my wardrobe. Time to recycle.
