Fairy tutu and crown by myself

This is how i made this big tutu, created for the " Urban fairy ball " in London , where we had the pleasure of enjoy a beutiful and special concert of Priscilla Hernandez .
I spend about 4 metres of tul , that here is about 12 eur. so ...with not much money you can have a big tutu !!
