Thai nails are used in traditional thai dance and rather well known among bellydancers. They are made of brass golden colour though can be easily customizable by painting them to give them another entirely and “creepy touch” giving the impression you have longer fingers and adding movement, eight in each set (not in the thumb). Unexpected and great looking I use them sometimes on stage, and can be easily found here where in fact I purchased them. It’s also lovely for that “Oriental” fantasy flavour if you keep the original golden colour. Cheap and effective! give it a try!

Morgan Hearsey is a leather mask artist sculptor based in USA. The masks are hand-dyed, painted with non toxic acrylic leather paints, crafted and all come numbered, dated and signed by the artist. They also come with care instructions, ties, ribbons, beads and other embellishments… it really shows that she puts great care to make a customer happy! I am the proud owner of one of her masks (custom artic blue model in white with silver accents) which I often use in my shows, and certainly go back to her site often to see the increasing number of beautiful models. Gothic, dark, colourful, fairy or fantasy… a wealth of mood and colours to choose wether you want to become a Demon Queen, a raven, a Jester, a Green Man… she has options for almost everyone!

Welcome everyone,
This website has just launched. The mission of “Your fantasy costume” is helping to find your perfect outfit!
Do you want to become a fantasy, scifi or horror creature? Have the best garments in your halloween party, prom ball, renaissance fair, show or spectacle… My name is Priscilla Hernandez and I’m also an artist (singer-songwriter, fantasy artist) as well with a fantasy show-spectacle, so I found out that i was spending hours looking for fine fantasy clothes, fashion, make up, wings, craft tutorials, patterns…, and I needed to find affordable and easy options to make a catchy fantasy look… So I decided to gather the information and share it… and thus we start here!
But from my research I learnt the MOST IMPORTANT THING is your IMAGINATION! Sketch and write down the elements that you want to have in your costume, what colours, what mood…. there’s always an element that makes a costume to find out.
what do you want to be? a fairy? the character of your favourite scifi/horror fantasy movie? Impress your friends at the prom or halloween party? Impress everyone at the renaissance fair or fantasy festival or convention?
First, WORSHIP YOUR IMAGINATION, make a PLAN!
then you’ll help you to find “your fantasy costume” posting regularly entries in this blog
We´re just launching, be patient and bookmark it… You’ll see it growing soon
